Zlatan Prošek
The wine is made from carefully selected grapes of the variety Plavac Mali,
which ripened in the vineyards on the southern slopes of the Hvar Island. The grapes first dried on the vine and then in small crates.
The maceration lasts for 1 day. The wine has 15% abv. and more than 100 g/L of residual sugar, it matured in an old barrique. Lovely onion skin colour.
Aromas of dried fruit: plums, figs, carobs ... Sweet, intense and rich. Good structure and lovely ripe fruit
on the palate with flavours reminiscent of dried fruit. A powerful sweet wine. |
